The last set of star blocks is done!
All these little wonky stars reeeeally helped to up my fabric count. I'm now at 246 different fabrics. I want to try and use a few more for the rectangles that fill out the quilt, so that there are at least 250 fabrics.
The wonky stars were so much fun to make. They were a good break from being so exact about lining things up. I stuck with my rule about not changing or redoing anything, though the tiny 6" size of these stars did mean that the busy neutrals seemed extra busy and the tiny star points tended to hide.
Now to get them all put together. Fingers crossed that the end result of my scrappy experiment is b-e-a-utiful!
